We are actively recruiting for the following positions (2026):

Associate Consultant

2–4 years experience in consulting, operations, or internal strategy. Supports engagement delivery, research, and client workshops.

Operations Specialist

Process mapping, lean methods, and performance management. Manufacturing or service sector background preferred.

Change Manager

Prosci or equivalent certification. Experience with technology rollouts, reorgs, or cultural change in mid-market settings.
